About Cameron Sending Mail To Us

Please send money so he can send letters!!!  It's about all he has to occupy himself, and he really wants to be in touch with the outside world!

  • He must purchase pre-stamped envelopes which go for about 44 cents each.  And paper costs roughly $1 for 30 sheets.  
  • You cannot send paper or stamps for him to write you.  He must buy those supplies at the commissary. So send cashier's check or certified check.

About His Outgoing Phone Calls

  • There is a very expensive connection fee, like $4 per call, and who knows how much they charge per minute.
  • No 3-way calls, they will be instantly disconnected.
  • 20-minute limit on all phone calls.  
  • No limit to amount of phone calls made in a day.  
  • He cannot accept any incoming calls.

Rules for Sending Mail to Jail

IMPORTANT!!  They will screen all mail.  Think Eastern-Block. Anything written that they don't want cameron to read will be markered-out.  Choose your words wisely [wink].

  • You may send letters, cards and photos.  
  • No polaroids [because of chemicals?].
  • Three-photo limit in the envelope.  
  • If you like to decorate your mail please consider:  No glue, or paint, etc.
  • Writing utensils on paper only. Like pens, pencils, colored pencils, and crayons.  We are using glitter pens, which we are hoping will make it in because it is a writing utensil.  Have yet to send, so no confirmation on that.
  • Let's send sparkle magic!!  He hasn't seen the sun in a long time!!!
  • If you want to make a collage or painting, color copy it and then send it!  It should be on plain paper. Also, it is best to send photos that way (copied on plain paper).  
  • He has a limit of 5 photos in his "room", that can be exchanged/rotated. Extras are confiscated. But if you put it on plain paper, and write a letter on it, it won't count as a photo.
  • Also, artwork is a bartering tool in there--I'm sure especially pics of cute girls.  
  • Cameron would like pictures of cute girls. C'mon, he's probably surrounded by a bunch of ugly dudes 24/7.
  • No pics that are "racy or pornographic"
  • If you've forgotten how to send snail-mail, or are blocking on this, you can email us and we'll send him a printout as a bulk mail.
